Anita Jean Whitted, 52, of 615 Emerald Drive, Fayetteville, died Friday, June 10, 2016 in Duke University Medical Center in Durham.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 11am at Simon Temple AME Zion Church with Rev. Brian R. Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by two sons, Aaron Whited and Aljuwon Whitted both of Fayetteville. Two grandsons. Five sisters, Delbra Byrd, Evelyn Whitted, Terri Whitted, Shonda Whitted and Twonda Whitted all of Fayetteville.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from2-4pm at the funeral home.
