Iona Peoples, 90, of 5111 Lake Valley Drive, Fayetteville, died Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Highsmith-Rainey Specialty Hospital in Fayetteville.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 12 noon at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel. Burial will follow in Rockfish Memorial Park.

She is survived by three sisters, Rosa Lee Barnes and Delores Farmer both of Fayetteville and Mary Sinclair of Hope Mills.

A viewing will be on Saturday morning from 10am until noon, prior to the services. The family will be present from 11am-noon.
