Jasper Artis, 52, of Fayetteville died Tuesday at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 12 noon at International Fellowship Ministries with Apostle J. Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in Northside Cemetery.

He is survived by his children, Shalonda Hackney, Jasper Hackney, Willie Hackney, Lamar and Donte', all of Fayetteville and Deshawn Jones of SC. Sisters, Elouise, Dora Mae, Teresa and Mary Artis all of Fayetteville. Brothers, Charlie, Joe, Jerry, and Alexander Artis all of Fayetteville and nine grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Monday at the church from 11am until 12 noon.
