Roscoe Franklin Skaggs, 81, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, February 04, 2017.

A private burial will be held at a later date at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Ft. Bragg.

He is survived by a brother, David Shaw of Springfield, Ohio.
