Shane David Zapata, infant son of Krystal and Robert Zapata, of 3221 Point Crossing Place, Fayetteville died Tuesday, January 02, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Nicholas, Austin, Alexander and Benjamin. Grandparents, Edwin and Kim Zapata of NJ, Robyn and Larry Reaves of Idaho, Vincenta Flores, Fran and Betty Payne, all of NC.
