Willie Bobby McNeil, 77, of 630 East Johnson Street, Dunn, died Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

He was the son of the late Parham McNeil, Sr. and Ruby Walker McNeil and was married to the late Bertha McNeil.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 2pm at Silver Creek Baptist Church in Danville, VA. under the direction of Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home of Danville, VA. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 12 noon at Trinity AME Zion Church in Dunn.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Wanda McNeil of Raleigh and Pamela Pegues of Dunn. A son, Lamar McNeil of Charlotte. Two sisters, Marion Ann Little of Washington, DC and Phyllis Williams of Dunn. Two brothers, William E. McNeil of Washington, DC and Parham McNeil, Jr. of Oxen Hill, MD.
