This process was new to me and everything had to happen so fast and I was a wreck! Ms. Sharon, Ms. Carla and Mr. Herring and their staff were so very instrumental in walking me through everything! Sharon was very compassionate. She explained the entire process and was only a phone call away. We relied on her guidance and she did not disappoint. I was truly amazed with my mothers service. Words cannot express how wonderful the staff at Herring has been to my family and I!!! From the time that I made initial contact, to making sure my brother made it to the airport safely. Sharon, grieving herself, showed me so much love and compassion. I really felt like my brother was in good hands and I knew that just from talking to her on the phone. She truly made this process easy.
My brother's service was amazing! What a send off. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They truly did everything they could to make his service great and they did just that. I can't say enough, my heart is filled with so much joy and appreciation.
