Arthur Harvey, 78, of 3543 Barron Way, Fayetteville, died Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 11am at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel.

He was a retired US Army Command Sergeant Major.

He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Clark of Bossier City, LA, Sharon Harvey- Desselle of Jackson, MS and Joan Nicole Harvey Lewis of Mebane. Mother, Minnie Carter of Jackson, MS; brother, Thelmon Harvey of Jackson, MS, along with seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9-11am.
