James Thompson Obituary

James Calvin Thompson, 59, of 5606 Thornwald Court, Fayetteville, died Monday, October 01, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 12 noon at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel. Burial will follow in Sandhills Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Bragg with full honors.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys Thompson of the home. Son, Calvin Thompson of Youngsville. Sister, Barbara Gilmore of Southern Pines. Brothers, George Thompson of SC, Joe Thompson of GA and Zan Thompson of MD and three grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-7pm.
