Margarete Barany

Margarete Barany, 74, of 2382 Dunwoody Drive, Fayetteville, died Saturday, June 16, 2018 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. 

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 2:30pm at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel. Burial will be in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery at Fort Bragg at a later date.

She is survived by her daughters, Jessica Helfgott of Fayetteville and Sheila McIntrye-Blust of Greensboro. Son, Donald Barany, Jr. of Boston, MA. Four grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

A viewing will be held from 11am-2pm Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
