Roy Flournoy, Sr. Obituary

Pastor Roy Glen Flournoy, Sr., 80, of 739 Abundant Drive, Hope Mills, died Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 10:30am at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel with Pastor Mac Sherry presiding. Burial will follow in Sandhills Veterans Cemetery, Ft. Bragg full honor.

He was the founder and pastor of Calvary House of Prayer in Hope Mills.

He is survived by his wife, Jean E. Flournoy of the home. Daughters, Wanda S. Smith of Fayetteville and LaDahvia C. Roberson of Hope Mills and a son, Don A. Flournoy of Virginia along with thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-7pm
