Amilcar Melendez, 70, of 207 Constitution Way, Cameron, died Wednesday, March 06, 2019 at Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 10am at Sandhills Veterans Cemetery at Fort Bragg.

He is survived by his wife, Luisa B. Melendez of the home; his children, Beatriz Gill of Vass, Michael Melendez and Rebecca Kurtz both of Huntersville and Amilcar Melendez, Jr. of Charleston, SC. His father, Diego Melendez of Panama. Brothers, Diego Melendez of Orange Park, FL, Juan Melendez of Orlando, FL and Luis Melendez of Tampa, FL, along with 10 grandchildren.
