Brian Lee Blackwell, 61, of 329 Hamilton Street, Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, July 07, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 10:30am at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel. Burial will follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery with military honors.

He is survived by his mother, Edith Elaine Carver Blackwell of Fayetteville; daughters, Britney L. Blackwell of Washington, DC, Brianna Blackwell of Las Vegas, NV, Sequoia Blackwell of Dallas, TX and Briann Blackwell of Seattle, WA. Sons, Jalen Blackwell of Anchorage, AK, Andre McNeil of Fayetteville, Brandon Blackwell of Miami, FL and Brian Blackwell, Jr. of Seattle, WA. A sister, Sarita Elaine Threat of Dallas, TX and brothers, Keith Blackwell and Jeffrey Blackwell, both of Fayetteville.
