Christine Simmons Obituary

Christine Simmons, 78, of 477 Redhawk Drive, Fayetteville passed away on Friday, May 07, 2021 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, May 14, 202 at 1pm at Greater First Baptist Church in Cedar Creek. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Oliver Simmons of the home. A daughter, Joyce Spruill of Fayetteville; a son, Glendell Herring of Atlanta, GA. Sisters, Kathleen Holmes and Katherine Herring both of Fayetteville. A brother, Waydell Herring of Fayetteville along with eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 11am-12:45pm.
