Derrick A. Moore

Derrick Moore, 67, of Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 07, 2025 at 12 noon at Abney Chapel Seventh Day Adventist Church in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Rockfish Memorial Park.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Moore of the home; a son, Elijah Moor of Charlotte and a daughter, Danielle Moore of Greenville. Brothers, Oscar Moore of Barbados, Albert Moore, MarlonMoore and Peter Moore of NY and St. Clair Moore of FL. Sisters, Aurille Moore of NY and Marcia Moore and Marvo Little of Barbados.

A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 11am-12noon.
