Earnest Grayson

Earnest Grayson, 84, of Bandera Drive, Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, October 02, 2025 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 3pm at Herring Funeral Care& Cremations Chapel with military honor.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha Grayson of the home. His children, Anthony Grayson and Patrick Grayson, both of Huntsville, AL, Walter Grayson of Ackworth, GA, Cedric Grayson of Decatur, AL, Sharon McCoy and Tameika Ware, both of Fayetteville. Siblings, Carrie Mae Johnson and Marion McCaleb, both of Baton Rouge, LA and Joyce Holmes of LA, along with thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 2-3pm, prior to the service.
