Elder David Franklin, Jr. Obituary

Elder David Franklin, Jr., 77, of Hope Mills, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11 am at Mt. Hebrew AME Zion Church in Parkton. Burial will be on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 10am at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Liberty.

He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Franklin of the home; his children, Keith Franklin of Matthews, Jennifer Mott (Charlies) of Fayetteville, Charlene Franklin (Kelvin Winston) of Missouri and David J. Franklin of the home, along with five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-7pm.
