Ernest Evans Obituary

Ernest Lee Evans, 71, of 2265 Pinpont Drive, Fayetteville passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022 at his home.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 11am at Mount Zion AME Zion Church in Eastover.

He is survived by his wife, Mamie Evans of the home. A daughter, Maretta Darby of Nashville, NC. Sons, Andrae Evans of Fayetteville, Lamont Evans of Garner and Christian Evans of Billings, MT. Sisters, Brenda Evans of Fayetteville, Sharon Joseph of VA, Norge Evans of CT and Ruby Thomas of NC. Brothers, Ronnie Smith, Frederick Thomas, Mark Thomas and Dennis Evans, all of Fayetteville, along with six grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 5-7pm.
