Ethelyn Gibbs Obituary

Ethelyn Glendora Gibbs, 75, Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 12 noon at Bethel AME Zion Church in Spring Lake. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens in Spring Lake.

She is survived by a daughter, Marny M. Marsh of Tallahassee, FL; a son, James W. Marsh, Jr, of Fayetteville; granddaughter, Kennedy J. Penix of Greensboro; sister, Dr. Denise M. Payton of Spring Lake and a brother, James D. Murchison, Jr (Bettie) of Raleigh; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4pm.
