Frank Haley, Jr., 62, of 7154 Chinoak Drive, Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 12 noon at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel.

He is survived by daughters, Monique Croutch of Charlotte and Alexinna Haley of Savannah, GA; a son, Frederick McGougan of Fayetteville; his mother, Mary Wilkins of Fayetteville, along with four grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11am-12noon, prior to the service.
