Franklin Carter Obituary

Franklin "Frank" Leslie Carter, 73, of 1133 Pasture Lane, Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at his home

Funeral services by invitation only will be conducted on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 12:30 pm at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Bragg

He is survived by JoeAnn Carter and Shirley Carter both of Fayetteville and Myrtis M. Carter of MD. Brothers, Alexander Carter and Antonio Carter both of MD, Otis Carter of New Bern and Jesse Carter and Tony Phillips both of Fayetteville.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5-7pm. Face mask and social distancing required for the viewing and service.
