Freda Carter Obituary

Freda Harris Carter, 57, of 3715 Laguna Vista Drive, Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Highsmith-Rainey Specialty Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 12 noon at Abney Chapel SDA Church. Burial will follow in Rockfish Memorial Park.

She is survived by her siblings, Deborah Harris, Ph.D, Mitchell Harris (Pamela), Mabel Hines, Ret.Col. Dyfierd Harris (Karen) and Ruth Harris and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-7pm.

The family will receive friends at 727 Spy Glass Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28311
