Obituary
The new life began with Fredrick Regan, on Thursday, March 30, 2023.
Fredrick was born on June 12,1959, in Fayetteville, North Carolina to Mr. Bobby Neil Regan Sr. and Mrs. Bessie Mae Regan of Fayetteville, North Carolina. After graduating from Southview Senior High School in 1978, he inlisted in the U.S. Army. Later he was Stationed in Tacoma, Washington, met and married his wife, Sylvia Spice for 39 years.
Fredrick is survived by: his wife, Silvia; one step daughter, one step son and step grands and great grands of Tacoma, Washington; his mother, Bessie Regan, sister, Charissa Woods, Hope Mills, NC and Deborah Kirk; San Antonio, TX; brothers, Byron Regan (Paula), McDonough, GA, Connie Regan (Wanda); Ringgold, GA, sister-in-law (Doreen Regan); Florence, SC; two aunts; one uncle; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, a special cousin (Cindy), relatives and friends.
He is predeceased by his father Bobby Sr.; brother Bobby Jr. and Antonio; niece KiTonya and nephews Christopher DeShawn and Dominique Jr.
Homegoing celebration will be held at Mt. View Funeral Home & Crematory, Lakewood, WA at 1:00 pm, Sunday, April 23, 2023.
Visitations at the home of Bessie Regan, 5701 Newton Street, Hope Mills, NC 28348. Flowers, memorial and condolences may be mailed or delivered at this resident.
