George Moffett Obituary

George Prince Moffett, 79, of 1865 Smith Road, Hope Mills, passed away on Thursday, May 07, 2020.

Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 2pm at Cumberland Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in Fayetteville.

He was a retired Army Sergeant Major.

He is survived by his wife, Alma of the home. Sons, Vaughn (Sheila) of Sharpsburg, GA, George Jr. (Sophia) of Quincy, FL, and Ronald (Stephanie) of Fredricksburg, VA. Daughters, Altoria Triplett of Jackson, MS, Karen Boone (Dennie) of Fayetteville and Mondae of Hope Mills, along with fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 12 noon until 1:30pm.
