Gwendolyn Jean (Hudson) Johnson

Gwendolyn Jean Johnson, 77, of 430 Dunmore Road, Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Valley Hospice House in Fayetteville.

Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 10am at Harry Hosier United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.

She is survived by sons, London Newton, III of Fayetteville and Leroy Nixon, Jr. of Chicago, IL. A brother, Jerry T. Hudson, Sr. of Chicago, IL, along with eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 5-7pm.
