Helen Hitchens Obituary

Helen R. (Johnson) Hitchens, 67, of 3517 Chaucer Drive, Hope Mills, died Sunday, April 21, 2019.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 11am at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel with Dr. Calvin L. Brewington officiating. Burial will follow in Rockfish Memorial Park.

Mrs. Hitchens was a member of New Genesis Fresh Start Ministries in Fayetteville.

She is survived by a son, Timothy Hitchens of Laurel, DE. Sisters, Leola Draughon of Autryville, Mary Johnson of Bronson, FL, Joanne Johnson of Garland, Lula Jones of Fayetteville and Rena Jessup of Hope Mills. Brothers, Ledell Johnson of Garland and Howard Johnson of Raleigh.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-7pm
