Infant Messiah Kareem Lee Rich

Messiah Kareem Lee Rich, infant son of Mykeshia Rich and Jermaine McCown, of Fayetteville, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday July 31, 2024 at 11am at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel. Burial will follow in Rockfish Memorial Park.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by stepfather, Corey Rich; siblings, Joe Caldwell, Phyllis Owens, Serenity Owens, Faith Owens, Antonio Wyshon Brown and Antonio Josiah Brown. Grandparents, Lee Washington and Allen Owens. Great-grandmother, Rosie Davis. Aunts, Terria Washington, Lequissa Washington, and Jacquiline Bailey, along with godmother, Jessica McNeil.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10-11am, prior to the service.
