James Currie Obituary

US Army 1stSGT (Ret.) James Robert Delane Currie, 85, of 1711 Seabrook Road, Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 01, 2022 at 12:30pm at First Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Burial will be Private.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Currie of the home. Sons, Robert D. Currie and James David Currie both of Fayetteville and Donald G. Currie of Wilmington. Brothers, Eddie Currie and Thomas Currie, both of Fayetteville, along with two grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 4-6pm.
