James Edward McCoy, 77, of 1213 Irving Drive, Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 11am at Little Marsh AME Zion Church in St. Pauls. Burial will follow in Rockfish Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife, Josephine McCoy of the home. A daughter, Sandra Haley of Smithfield; son, John B. Thompson of Lumberton. Brothers, Norman McCoy and Matthew McCoy, both of Fayetteville. Sisters, Betty Langley of Loganville, GA and Annie Tukes of Fayetteville, along with four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, May 21, 2023 from 2-4pm
