James Manuel McLucas

James McLucas, 97, of 2634 James Dail Road, Eastover, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 01, 2023 at 2pm at Sandy Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Wade. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

He is survived his children, Mary McLucas and Sandra Johnson (Thomas), both of Eastover, James McLucas (Joann) of Hope Mills, Doris Baggett, Glen McLucas (Inita), Wayne McLucas (Gloria) and Patricia Caldwell (John), all of Fayetteville, Vivian Myers (Tommy) of SC and Sharon Wheeler (Elliott) of Charlotte;  Sisters, Helen Brown (Neil) of Grays Creek and Rose Williams (Edward) of Sampson County, along with 7 step children, thirty-six grandchildren, eighty-three great grandchildren and thirty-four great great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the church on Wednesday, November 01, 2023 from 12:30pm-1:30pm.

The family will be receiving friends at 420 Buxton Boulevard, Fayetteville, NC.
