John Harrison McIver, Jr.

John Harrison McIver, Jr., 75, formerly of Spring Lake, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025 in Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, MD. 

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 12 noon at Bethel AME Zion Church in Spring Lake. Burial will be in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Bragg at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Veronica McIver of the home. Children, VeRonda McIver of Columbia,SC and John McIver, III of Glen Burnie, MD. Siblings, Mary M. Edwards (Leo), Carolyn Cooper, Michele McIver and Christopher McIver, all of Spring Lake.

A viewing will be held at the church on Wednesday from 11:30- 12 noon at the church.
