Judy Dianne (Waters) Musgrave

Judy Musgrave, 77, of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, June, 13, 2026 in Concord.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 12 noon at True Vine Ministries in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Sandhills Veterans Cemetery.

She was a longtime educator and was Chairwoman of the Cumberland County School Board.

She is survived a daughter, Keitra Robinson (David) of Concord; brothers, James Waters of Washington, DC and Larry Waters of LaGrange. A sister, Ada Thomas of LaGrange, along with two grandchildren, Justin Robinson and Legend Robinson.
