Julia (Smith) Kelly

Julia Kelly, 91, of 1844 Gola Drive, Fayetteville, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 12 noon at College Heights Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.

She is survived by a daughter, Iva Kelly, a surrogate son, Frank Jasper Kinzer, Sr.; two special friends, Zachariah Arnold and Bo Bo Ashford, nieces, nephews and her church family.
