Lewis Fredrick Small, 45 of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Carolina Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville.
Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, May 02, 2021 at 3pm at Powerhouse of Love and Faith in Fayetteville.
He is survived by his parents, Deborah Thompson of Fayetteville and Henry and Sherry Hayward of SC, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
