Lorease (Murchison) King

Mrs. Lorease M. King, 99, of Spring Lake, passed away on Tuesday, February 04, 2025.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 08, 2025 at 12 noon at Creeksville AME Zion Church in Spring Lake. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by daughter, Sheila King Spence and Cecelia King Hill, both of Spring Lake. Two granddaughter, Andrea Spence Rogers (Derrick) and Kimberly Spence of Spring Lake; a grandson, Robert Waldrup of New Orleans, LA; Three great granddaughters, Sheila Renee of Durham,Monet Deon of Charleston, SC and Morgan Jada of Spring Lake and a great grandson, Spencer Carl of Atlanta, GA.

A viewing will be held at the church on Saturday from 11am-12noon, prior to the service.
