Maxine Bethune

Maxine Bethune, 72, of 1410 Distinct Circle, Apt. D, Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 at home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 06, 2024 at 1pm at Beauty Spot Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Northside Cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Veronica Bethune of Charlotte and Ericka McGeachy, Sundahken Bethune, and Starletta Bethune, all of Fayetteville. Sisters, Mollie Webster and Shirley Bronson of Fayetteville and Annie Cox of Hope Mills. Brothers, Nathaniel Bethune and Alfred McNeill, both of Fayetteville, along with eighteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the church on Monday from 11:30am-1pm, prior to the service.
