Pastor Bernice Johnson-Tucker

Pastor Bernice Johnson-Tucker, 72, of Sanford, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 12 noon at Cape Fear Botanical Gardens, 536 North Eastern Blvd, Fayetteville, NC. Burial will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.

She is survived by her daughters, Tieesha Daniels Freeman (Phillip), Tania Johnson (Reginald), Latiba Conway (Joseph), Malinda Williams and Trina Williams. Sons, David Johnson, Reford Williams, Biheem Johnson (Coco) and Jeremiah Johnson. Sisters, Doretha Richards, Irene Mims, Sally Brown and Mary Dudley and a brother, Wilbert, along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 5-7pm.
