Ramone Shakeel Carter, 47, formerly of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, May 07, 2023 in Minot, North Dakota.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 12 noon at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.
He is survived by his children, Kwamell Carter of Dunn and Royalty Carter and Amir Carter both of Minot, ND. Parents, Ricky and Edryce Tucker of Fayetteville. Siblings, Larry Milliner of Cincinnati, Ohio, Tonette Tucker of Baltimore, MD and Shontel Tucker of Fayetteville.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-7pm.
