Randy Lamar Tolbert, 41, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 04, 2024 at 11am at Cape Fear Conference B Headquarters in Raeford. Burial will be on Friday, April 05, 2024 at 1pm in Wilson Cemetery, Lake City, SC.

Randy is survived by his wife Shamara. Sons: Rodney and Randy. A daughter, Amaris. Parents, Robert and Gloria Tolbert of Raeford, NC. Brothers: Robert, Jr. of Florida and Rashad Tolbert. Sister, Stasia Brisbane of Germany. In-laws: Otis and Sheila Cuffee of Fayetteville, NC. Brother-In-Law, Nathan Cuffee.

A viewing will be held on Thursday at the Conference Center from 9-11am, prior to the service.
