Rev. Calvin Shipman

Rev. Calvin Shipman, 85, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024. 

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 18,2024 at 12 noon at Second Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Burial will be at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Liberty at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Addie Shipman of the home. His children, Tangula Y. Shipman of Fayetteville, Calvin V. Shipman of Triangle, VA, David E. Shipman of Matthews, NC and Cedric L. Shipman of Stafford, VA, along with six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the church on Saturday from 11am-12noon, prior to the services.
