Rev. David Eugene Blue

Rev. David E. Blue, 82, of 4741 Blanton Road, Fayetteville passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at his home.

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 2pm at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery at Fort Bragg.

He is survived by his devoted wife Barbara Blue of 33 years, son Dwight Blue & (Stephanie) Blue, daughter Lashanda & (Leroy) Howard, of Columbia, S.C. and Ruth Johnson, of Greensboro, N.C. His Grandchildren Antoine Blue & (Laqunette) Blue, of Charlotte N.C. Quenten Howard (Brittney), Brandon Howard of Rock Hill, S.C. and D.J. Blue, of Fort Lee, VA. Six great grandchildren; three sisters, Alice Faye Barnes, Clara McLean, Mary McCall of Fayetteville N.C. and ahost of relatives and friends.

 He also leaves a very supportive cast of Brothers and Sisters In Law. Deborah Rolfe, Pamela Smith (Freddie), Reginald , Stevie and Carvin Butler and  Joe Donald all of Fayetteville, NC.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:30-1:30pm
