Rev. Dr. Fernell Patterson, Sr., 86, of 1119 Deep Creek Road, Fayetteville passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 11an at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Rev. Richard Hooker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Ernestine Patterson of the home. A daughter, Melinda Patterson of Fayetteville and a son, Fernell Patterson, Jr. of Snellville, Ga..A sister, Gertrude Jones and a brother, Samuel Paterson both of Fayetteville along with four grandchildren, Jasmine, Logon, Blake and Bryce Patterson.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 3-5pm and at the church on Tuesday from 10-11am.
