Richard Freeman

Richard Freeman, 71, of Eastover, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 2:30pm at Arran Lake Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Burial will be at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Liberty at a later date.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Sylvia Miller-Freeman. Daughters, Ebon Freeman-James (Frank) and Genique Freeman. Grandchildren, Justine and Frank "Trey" James, III. Sisters, Carlenia Evans (Edgar), Brenda Freeman, Patsy Freeman-Jones (Michael), Grindl Freeman, and IIenia Chestnut. Brothers, Ernest Freeman, Willie Freeman, Jr., Larry Freeman, Henry Freeman, Ed  Freeman and Jimmy Freeman. Sister-in-law, Genrose Braye, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 A viewing will be held at the church on Sunday from 1:30pm-2:30pm, prior to the service
