Richard Ortiz, II, 46, of Fayetteville, North Carolina passed on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 12 Noon at Manna Church located at 5117 Cliffdale Drive in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Richard is survived by his wife of 26 years, DeAnna Ortiz; children, Jasmine Ortiz Anderson, Tim Ortiz, Cameron Ortiz and Jodie Smith; Parents, Elsa Rivera and Richard Ortiz (Dale); sister, Adelle Murphy; brother, Ruben Silva; eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Burial will follow the funeral services with full military honors at Sandhill State Veteran Cemetery, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
