Romie McCarty, Jr., 84, of Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025.

Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 2pm at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel.

He is survived by his wife, Alexis McCarty, A son, Kelvin McCarty. Daughters, Chandra Arthur, Alysia Blanks (George), Azalea McCarty, Latisha McCarty Ray and Dee Smith (Richard). Stepson, Thaddeus Way, Jr. stepdaughters, Queen Ann Way and Ebeny Way. Sisters, Gladis Pottinger and Doretha McCarty. Brother, Donald Randolph and Otis Cooper.
