Ronald Gregory Stewart, 83, of Fayetteville passed away on Wednesday , March 25, 2026 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Graveside services will be conducted in Thursday, April 09, 2026 at 12 noon at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Bragg.

He is survived by a son, Richard Kevin Stewart of Fayetteville; a daughter, Rev. Tracey A. Sneed (Robert) of Raeford. Sisters, Pastor Betty Spencer (David) of Mt. Airy, MD and Arlene Herbert (John) of Gaithersburg, MD, along with three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Sisters-in-law, Chaplain Diana Smith of Fayetteville and Judith McDaniel (Derek) of Cleveland, OH; brother-in-law, William C. Dozier (Diane) of Cleveland, OH.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, April 09, 2026 from 10:30am-11:30am.
