Roscoe Williams, 88, of Hope Mills, passed away on Wednesday, April 09, 2025 at First Health in West End, NC

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 12 noon at Union Oak AME Zion Church in Parkton. Burial will follow in Rockfish Memorial Park with full military honors.

He is survived by his wife, Rutell Williams. Daughters, Rhonda Williams and Regina Williams, both of Charlotte. Granddaughter, Riley Williams of Charlotte. Sisters, Esteria Bethea of Fayetteville and Annette Alderman of Charlotte.

A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 11am until 12 noon, prior to the service.
