Wilbert Lee Comber, 57, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 04, 2025 at 12 noon at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel. Burial will be at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Ft. Bragg at a later date.

He is survived by a son, Jeremiah Comber of Fayetteville. Mother, Betty Comber of Clarkton; a brother, Clarence Comber of Hope Mills; a sister, Christina Comber of Clarkton, along with two grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11am-12noon, prior to the service.
