William McCormick Obituary

William F. McCormick, 82, of Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, July 03, 2025 at Woodlands Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 09, 2025 at 11am at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Bragg at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah McCormick of the home; a granddaughter, Serena McCormick of Pittsburg, PA. Siblings, Harold McCormick (Johnnie) of NY, Thomas McCormick, Clara Herring and Gloria McCormick, all of Fayetteville and Betty Moore (James) of Hope Mills.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-7pm.
