Eldress Irene Baggett, 99, of Wade, died Friday, January 12, 2018 at Bethesda Nursing Home in Eastover.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 12 noon at Sandy Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Wade with  Evangelist Kimberly McLean officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She was the Founder, Pastor and Overseer of Baggett's Chapel Freewill Baptist  Church in Wade.

She is survived by a son, Willie "Pete" Baggett of the home. A daughter, Ida Christine Taylor of Trenton, NJ. A sister, Annie Laura of Wilmington, DE and several grandchildren ,great grandchildren and great great grandchildren also survive.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 5-7pm at the funeral home.
